QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS SALE:
For a better response time, don’t email questions. Please call or text instead. We are at a sale house and not in front of a computer, so we don’t see emails ’til WAY later. We’d love to have a better chance to help you!
We always open early if we can… and historically we let folks shop the garage area before that. This sale we will be opening the carport up to everyone at the same time as the house. We know a lot of you look forward to shopping outside extra early, but we just can’t do it this week. Thanks so much for understanding.
This house is PACKED!! This is sale 2 of 2 in this wonderful home of a former physician and his family. There are vintage and retro items everywhere. Lots of items are high-end, name brand furnishings and personal items. There are antique items sprinkled in as well. Our clients were University of Arkansas and Pulaski Academy students, so there are Razorback and Bruin items mixed in here and there. Spread the word!!
ROUND 2!! John and the Crew got the awesome attic emptied and the upstairs is open for shopping this week as well as a fresh re-set of the downstairs and carport! We’ve added loads of jewelry - fine and costume, pocket knives, watches, lighters, executive pens, trinkets, pill boxes, netsukes, LOTS AND LOTS of clothing, shoes and accessories!! - mostly women’s name brand fashions of various eras and various sizes, also men’s clothing including hunting clothing (and misc. gear too. No firearms available), sets of china, holiday decor, art, mirrors, cedar wardrobe, silver-plated serving pieces, figurines, art glass, enamel-top table, medical models, medical books and journals, books, hoop-back double chair/bench, Singer & Pfaff sewing machines in tables, luggage and travel pieces, chairs, sofas, side tables, baskets, quilts, afghans, linens, old strollers and baby buggies, vintage kids’ clothing, dolls and toys, Razorback items, table with hutch, typewriters, men’s hats, LPs, full size bed, kitchen table and chairs, chest with hutch, Spode Christmas china, cast iron and other great cookware, stoneware, Pyrex, humming bird feeders, old school desks, ice chests & coolers, gas cans, yard tools and other garage items, and more!!
The circular drive will be a great way to drop off shoppers and pick up items you have purchased. Please do not leave your car unattended in the driveway. We are a few houses away from Hidden Valley Dr on one side and Shenandoah Valley Dr on the other and the sidewalks make it an easy way to walk from there, if you’d like.
